We are building the work OS we wanted — honest about what it does, and what it does not.
Assemble started from a simple frustration: the board, the timesheet, the roster and the kudos feed all describe the same work, yet they live in six different tools that never quite agree.
So we built one product where they share a single record. Plan a sprint, track the time against it, schedule the shift, see the capacity, write the doc and hand out credit — under one login, one bill and one permission model.
We are built for teams of roughly 30 to 500 people, past the spreadsheet stage and tired of reconciling subscriptions every quarter. We would rather ship depth that is true than features we cannot stand behind.
